FAST easySafe SME edition is specially designed for Small and Medium Business sized companies to protect their business information and financial data themselves while outsourcing IT services. Most of the SME companies normally do not own in-house IT resources but they outsource the IT services to system integrators. However the companies need to safeguard their sensitive data from the prying eyes of these outsourced IT services. With FAST easySafe SME edition, companies can protect their own sensitive data themselves and have peace of mind when the outsourced IT support servicing their computers.
The standard package of each FAST easySafe SME edition contains 2 Manager Keys and 2 User Keys which can be used by 4 users in the company. The 2 Manager Keys are identical. It can be used each by 2 managers or you can keep one of the Manager Keys as a spare key. Every Manager Key can control maximum to 10 User Keys. The 2 User Keys can be used by 2 employees who can protect their own sensitive data without sharing with other colleagues.

- User Keys: non-technical users can easily protect their own sensitive data without seeking assistance from others.
- Manager Keys: physical control number of users who can protect their own data within the department or company; backup and restore of User Keys; manager can protect their own data; manager can access all the encrypted data which protected by the User Keys.
